Just a quick question. Is it possible to retrieve / capture failed passcode attempts. By that I mean the actual code that was inputted as opposed to just the fact that the attempt was incorrect?

    Thanks for any replies.

Are you asking if one can retrieve login/password credentials on incorrect attempt?

    Hi Saud

Yes that is what I am after.

I would like to retrieve the passcode / password attempt either from a file if it is ever stored anywhere, or capture it in the verification process. I'm not sure either are possible.

Both things are possible however it may not be the best thing for your end user client since now you have their user name and password which probably is something they use on other sites also Be careful going down this path as their can be very stiff legal consequences. There is nothing that stops a developer from capturing the user name/password once it is submitted on an iOS application.

You should never log passwords or attempted password entries. That is a very unsafe practice. Why would you want to do that?
